The Toxus have been around far longer than humans, existing relatively un-noticed, but sometimes unable to control the harmful effects they have on living creatures. They function as a grim reaper of sorts, a part of nature that just has to fulfil their purpose, no matter how much pain it causes. Many have made peace with this. Many... but not all. A select group of Toxus have banded together to form a corrupt council, priding themselves on human suffering in all its glory, going unchecked for centuries. But can the determination of one strong Toxus change the mind of an ancient entity that gave up a long, long time ago? And can they stop the council before it's too late? The Toxus Anthrax is running and hiding, but away from whom, and how long can he keep it up?
