A picaresque, dystopian comedy about Ansel Badgerman, a cynical, eccentric disdainful of society and prone to conspiratorial delusions. The story follows Ansel's antics in the totalitarian city of Port-Aux-Falls as he tries to avoid employment, imprisonment in work camp all while trying to achieve success as the front man of a Heavy Metal band.
