Updates Every Friday! Cloudfall in a Nuzlocke Webcomic based on the video game Pokémon Legends: Arceus. This story is a creative retelling of a Nuzlocke playthrough collaborated by Snakeeyesdraws and Michimomo, now being written and told as a narrative for readers to enjoy. Our story follows two teenagers, Kentaro and Kiana, who are struggling to accept each other after becoming step-siblings due to their parents remarrying. By strange and unexpected circumstances, they have been sent back in time by a being called Arceus with a single vague request: Seek Out All Pokémon. To avoid an all out war between the Diamond and Pearl Clans of the region and protect people from the dangers of the wilds, the duo must work together through bonding with people and Pokémon alike. Learning the value of community and protecting one another in the face of dangers, Kentaro and Kiana will have to come together on common ground while making some friendships and memories along the way.

So, here it is! Pokemon G&B Nuzlocke Challenge. This has been in the works for a few years now, off and on, but I have finally set up a rhythm and flow to creating the comic. So, what to expect? Well, this is a Nuzlocke, but it's a little different too. Essentially, what I did was that I played three runs of FireRed and LeafGreen on an emulator and did a...Trilocke? There are three main characters, each representative of a Nuzlocke run on the emulator, although the comic only closely follows one of them. It is an AU of the first generation storyline, which means, without giving too much away, that the comic will follow the storyline of the games...almost. I know that Nuzlocke's are everywhere these days, and everyone who knows anything about Pokemon knows the first generation storyline to some degree, so I thought it would be fun to alter a few things to (hopefully) keep things surprising and fresh. The comic will mostly be a drama, although there will be many (failed) attempts at comedy. It is essentially my love letter to a 20 year old franchise that has been a way of life for me since I discovered and fell in love with it in 1996. So, if you're up for it, would you care to join me for one more adventure?
