In the aftermath of the Dog wolf war Rex a solider has disobeyed his king in the worst way imaginable. Going through mental turmoil he must figure out how to hold himself together while raising a pup. Raising a puppy isn't easy especially with suspicious ones lurking around as a constant threat.
