An organization that lives for the hope of rebranding the government in the country. After the news about vending the country, recruitments of magic users were held by the organization in order to expand power for a probable war. The story is set in Earth, millions of years after the collision of the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxy. This collision gave birth to magic in the planet which keeps everything interconnected.
