During a bizarre drought that plagues her town, Eileen is sent to an abandoned shack to find a solution--to find the rumored "Flower Prince". Who Eileen finds is not exactly what she was expecting--an apprehensive yet noble boy--but turns out to have powers that he never expected to possess. Both are connected by the bond of Gardener and Prince, though they are unsure if they can uphold the responsibilities and challenges thrust upon them.
