A rich boy named Bradley spends his summer at his parents' vacation home on the ocean. He spends his days beaching, boating, playing soccer, attending high society events and avoiding responsibility. A boy named Elijah with a mysterious past is living with a rich businessman. He doesn't know much about high society but he's going to learn.
