Three thousand years have passed since the beings of chaos ceased to exist, now a young man named Mike who in his daily life and with a boring job is selected by the infernal moon to wear the new lord of the chaos of fear. He must face this new power with courage, but in order to live he must feed on fear, but he will decide for the fear of criminals and evil people giving birth to a new antihero.
