CICADA24 was created in 24 continuous hours as part of the 24 Hour Comic Challenge. All 24 pages were conceived and illustrated in one very long cranky day with plenty of coffee and no breaks or naps.

Mantis and Cicada follows the lives and relationships of Mantis and her friend Cicada as they encounter and befriend all manner of other insects, arthropods, and arachnids. They explore concepts ranging from entomology to relationships and gender expression.
