Neurasthenia is the 19th century term for what is now known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalopathy (CFS/ME), my own condition, and the comic was inspired by my own struggle with internalised ableism and depression. Please note there are themes of suicidal ideation in this comic.
