"My people have been searching for a hero. Instead, they got me." Tykar was born with a lot of expectations upon him, and when he seemed to not fit those ideals he was mostly looked down upon for it. In response, he has chosen to reject them as well, even if this strain of it is slowly tearing him apart. Only when he's forcibly removed from everything he's grown to know is he able to gain a new perspective on things, and decide for himself where the real evil lies. All the while a menacing presence whispers in the back of his mind and in his dreams, waiting and wishing for him to fall.
