Cory has survived through school so far, against bullying and his trademarked bad luck, and surprisingly now, even when he has no computer, it is President of the Computer Club (his refuge against the bullies). He has worked long and hard to have enough money to buy the necessary components to build one, but on this day, this first day of school, his bad luck may want to decide another thing for him and his band of nerds for the rest of the year, now that they are forced to interact with others and come out of their shell.
