When Eric's (title character) father dies, he mysteriously tells Eric of an old curse that's been haunting the family. When Eric discovers that a Wizard is behind the mayhem, hilarity ensues. Eric soon learns that having a wizard as a friend isn't easy, and results in many comical adventures.
