Whenever he has time off Pax rents a cabin on the edge of Fairy country to meets up with his lover Rowan a Fae healer who saved his life two years ago. This time Pax’s fall visit is different, because Rowan will turn 25 and enter his Quarter Spring. Which means he can leave Fairy country and live in human society to make the decision of which world he wants to belong to. Rowan expected human society to be different, but he didn’t expect to encounter literal ghosts and evil spirits that humans seem completely blind to. Determined to adapt to the human society that his lover lives in, Rowan must learn about the human world while protecting those he loves from unseen forces.
